Weekly Rate Discounts:
- Offseason (May, June, September, October)
  - Receive a 20% when you reserve a 7+ night stay
- Mid-Summer Deal Days (July 7th - July 17th & August 25th - August 29)
  - Receive a 15% when you reserve a 7+ night stay
- Peak Season (July 14th - August 26th)
  - Receive a 10% when you reserve a 7+ night stay
Mid-Week Special
- When booking a 4+ night stay Sunday-Thursday between July 7th and 18th receive a 15% discount.
Please note: Discounts cannot be combined; the lower rate will always prevail when more than one discount is available. Rates subject to change without notice. Above discounts are on available to reservations booked directly from our website or over the phone with our front desk. 3rd Party reservations do not qualify for any promotions, packages or discounts.

Earn a 5% discount off all reservations 3 nights or more when you book directly with our office.

Rates are guaranteed by advanced reservation only, all rates are subject to the NH 8.5% rental tax.

5pm check-out applies only to the published packages and specific checkout dates.
July 4th package only includes a 5PM checkout if you are checking-out on Sunday, July 6th, 2024
Labor Day Package only includes 5PM check-out for Monday departures.
Seafood Fest 5PM check-out only includes Sunday/Monday check-outs.

Rates are based upon double occupancy and includes 2 children (under 15) at no additional charge.

Additional persons (any age) add $20/nt.
