2) Weekly Rate Discounts

A) Off-season (May - June, September, October)

---  Receive a 15% discount when you reserve a 7+ night stay

B) Mid-Summer deal days (July 6 - July 14th & August 26th - Sept 2nd)

---  Receive a 15% discount when you reserve a 7+ night stay 

C) Peak Season (July 15th - August 25th)

 ---  Receive a 10% discount when you reserve a 7+ night stay

3) Off-Peak Specials

A) Midweek specials - July 6th-22nd

--- Receive 15% discount when you reserve 4+ night stay between Sunday-Thursday.

Holiday rates

A) Regular nightly rates do not apply to these dates.

B) Please refer to the holiday rates above for the 4th of July holiday week, Labor Day weekend & Seafood Festival.

C) 5pm check-out applies only to the published packages and specific checkout dates.

D) For 2022 the 3 Night July 4th package only includes a 5PM checkout if you are checking-out on Tuesday, July 5 or Wednesday, July 6. 

 

Rates are based upon double occupancy and includes 2 children (under 15) at no additional charge.  Additional persons (any age) add $20/nt.

 

Rates are guaranteed by advanced reservation only, all rates are subject to the NH 8.5% rental tax.

 

Deposits: A deposit of one-third or one-night (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee all reservations and will be applied to the end of your stay.  The balance is due and payable at check-in.  Your balance may be paid at check-in by cash, bank check or money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards.  Personal checks and debit cards are only accepted for advanced deposits (greater than 30 days before arrival date). Security deposits of $250 are held during the length of your stay if you use a debit card for payment.
