If you are looking for something on the ocean front, we manage a one-bedroom oceanfront Penthouse at the top of J & K Street, that is rented week to week in the summer season!
One Bedroom Ocean Front Apartment
FREE ON-SITE PARKING
All rooms are guaranteed ONE free parking space. If you have a second vehicle we can recommend several local lots that provide overnight parking - please inquire at check-in for details.
The number of people any room can accommodate is determined by the local Building Department in cooperation with the Hampton Fire Department. We cannot, under penalty of closure and for your safety, exceed these limits.
Rates are based upon double occupancy and includes 2 children (under 15) at no additional charge. Additional persons (any age) add $20/nt.
Rates are guaranteed by advanced reservation only, all rates are subject to the nh 9% rental tax. Listed rates are subject to change.
Deposits: A deposit of one-third or one-night (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee all reservations and will be applied to the end of your stay. The balance is due and payable at check-in. Your balance may be paid at check-in by cash, bank check or money order, visa, mastercard or discover credit cards. Personal checks and debit cards are only accepted for advanced deposits (greater than 30 days before arrival date). We will no longer accept debit cards at check-in.
Located across the driveway from the pool area these are quality rooms at an economical price. These rooms have 1 double bed and 1 queen bed (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children); great for families with smaller children. All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refrigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning.
Standard Double Rooms & Kings Rooms
Located near the office & close to the pool area. These rooms have either two double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children) or one king-size bed (that can accommodate 2 adults). All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning.
Standard Double Rooms with Kitchenettes
Located next to the pool area. These rooms have 2 double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children). All of these rooms have a small efficiency unit (2-burner cooktop, refrigerator & microwave). Basic dishes, pots, pans and utensils are available at the office (inquire for details). All kitchenettes have a 3/4 bathroom; meaning shower only (no tubs) and are equipped with color cable TV and air conditioning.
Located across the driveway from the office & pool area these are a larger more modern rooms. All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refrigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning, described as follows:
Deluxe Double Room with 2 Double beds can accommodate up to 3 adults & 2 children.
Deluxe King Room with 1 King bed can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child.
Deluxe Double Room with Studio; some of the Deluxe Double Rooms are available with a microwave efficiency (microwave, refrigerator and small kitchen sink).
Deluxe Triple Room with 3 Double Beds; 2 of the Deluxe Double Rooms have a 2nd bedroom with an extra double bed, we refer to these as a Deluxe Triple and can accommodate up to 5 adults OR 3 adults and 3 children.
Other terms & policies:
~ Check in after 3 p.m. - Check out by 10:30 a.m.
~ Two-night minimum reservation required and three nights in peak season if both Friday and Saturday nights are included. Poolside kitchenettes & sunnyside triple rooms require a three night minimum unless available for fewer nights between other reservations.
~ KITCHENETTE POLICY: All rentals of kitchenette rooms will automatically be assessed a $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit, this is to ensure that the kitchen facilities are clean upon your check-out. If we are required to clean the kitchen facilities (kitchenette area, dishes, pots, pans and utensils) upon your departure your deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of returning the kitchen facilities to a clean condition.
~ PET POLICY: At this time we are no longer accepting pets. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at 603-926-2079.
~ SERVICE AND SUPPORT ANIMAL POLICY: If you are traveling with a service or support animal you must let us know at the time your reservation is made and fill out our Trained Service Animal or Trained Emotional Support or Psychiatric Service Animal form. These forms must be returned via fax or email a minimum of two weeks before your arrival. If your reservation is made within two weeks of your arrival, we must receive this form within 24 hours of your reservation being made.
~ CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposits will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee with at least 14 days cancellation notice. No refunds for late arrival, early departure or inadequate cancellation notice.
~ PARKING: Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per room.
~ SPECIFIC ROOM REQUESTS: Every effort will be made to accommodate special room requests, however, specific rooms by number cannot be guaranteed.
