~ Two children under 14 may stay in the same room with the parents free of charge.

~ Rates are guaranteed by advanced reservations only. Without advanced reservations, prices are subject to change.
~ A deposit equal to one-third or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee all reservations and will be applied to the end of your stay. The balance is payable on registration.
~ Charge card deposits are charged to your account the same day the reservations are made.
~ All rates are subject to 8% NH room tax.
~ We accept Visa, Discover, & MasterCard. Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.
~ Check in after 2 p.m. - Check out by 11 a.m.
~ Two nights minimum reservation required and three nights in peak season if both Friday and Saturday nights are included.
~ We regret we cannot accomodate pets under any circumstances. Pets are allowed at our apartment property located at 487 Ocean Boulevard, Inquire for details. We would be glad to assist anyone travelling with their small dog (40 pounds or less).
~ CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits refunded minus $35 administration fee with 14 days cancellation notice. No refunds for late arrival, early departure or inadequate cancellation notice.
~PARKING
Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per room.
~SPECIFIC ROOM REQUESTS
Every effort will be made to accomodate special room requests, however, specific rooms by number cannot be guaranteed.
