~ Rates are based on double occupancy.   
~ Two children under 14 may stay in the same room with the parents free of charge.    
~ Additional family members $15/night   
~ Rates are guaranteed by advanced reservations only. Without advanced reservations, prices are subject to change.   
~ A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to guarantee all reservations and is applied to the last night of your stay. The balance is payable on registration.   
~ Charge card deposits are charged to your account the same day the reservations are made.   
~ All rates are subject to 8% NH room tax.   
~ We accept Visa, Discover, & MasterCard. Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.    
~ Check in after 2 p.m. - Check out by 11 a.m.   
~ Two nights minimum reservation required and three nights in peak season if both Friday and Saturday nights are included.   
~ We regret we cannot accomodate pets under any circumstances.
 
~ CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits refunded minus $25 administration fee with 14 days cancellation notice. No refunds for late arrival, early departure or inadequate cancellation notice.

~PARKING

Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per room.

~SPECIFIC ROOM REQUESTS

Every effort will be made to accomodate special room requests, however, specific rooms by number cannot be guaranteed.
