STANDARD ROOMS - Remodeled in Spring 2012
Located across the driveway from the pool area these are quality rooms at an economical price.  These rooms have two double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children); great for families with smaller children.  All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refrigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning. All of these rooms are designated as Pet-Friendly (Inquire for further details; dogs only under 40 pounds).

OFFICESIDE ROOMS
Located near the office & close to the pool area.  These rooms have either two double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children) or one king-size bed (that can accommodate 2 adults).  All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning.

POOLSIDE KITCHENETTES - Remodeled in Spring 2011
Located next to the pool area.  These rooms have 2 double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children).  All of these rooms have a small efficiency unit (2-burner cooktop, refrigerator & microwave).  Basic dishes, pots, pans and utensils are available at the office (inquire for details).  All kitchenettes have a 3/4 bathroom; meaning shower only (no tubs) and are equipped with color cable TV and air conditioning.

SUNNYSIDE  UNITS 
Located across the driveway from the office & pool area these are a larger more modern room with either two double beds (that can accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 children) or one king–size bed (that can accommodate 2 adults).  All of these rooms have a full bathroom and are equipped with a small refrigerator, color cable TV and air conditioning.  Several of the double rooms are available with a microwave efficiency (microwave, refrigerator and small kitchen sink).  Two of the Sunnyside Doubles have a 2nd bedroom with an extra double bed, we refer to these as a Sunnyside Triple (that can accommodate 4 adults OR 2 adults and up to 4 children).

FREE ON-SITE PARKING 
All rooms are guaranteed ONE free parking space, the triple rooms are guaranteed TWO free parking spaces.  In the event you have an extra car we will, if possible, accommodate your 2nd on-site for a daily rate of $15.  We cannot, however, reserve additional parking spaces in advance.  If we are unable to accommodate an extra car there are several local lots that provide overnight parking - please inquire at check-in for details.
